In fact, Persian cuisine is a combination of rice centered around Kebab which is grilled meat such as lamb, chicken or fish and cooked with herbs and vegetables such as saffron, onions, pipers, parsley and cinnamon.
Mr. Sharif introduced Persian cuisine to the food industry in a systematic and professional way with his intense passion and creativity.
Later in 2001, he launched the first “Noon & Kabab” outlet with three other Emirati nationals in Lamcy Plaza, Dubai and the concept grew into the premiere casual dining restaurant chain in the UAE.
Ideally situated in prime locations within leading malls, Noon & Kabab enjoys a great brand recognition and popularity as a favourite and casual dining choice among residents and tourists.
